Horrible experiences at Le sud Restaurant, Rouen.

I always expect great service, and anything less is unacceptable.Good service is increasingly hard to find nowadays ... If everyone handled bad service the way you did?! heh.. I understand that you have to treat your loyal customers well but I've been treated poorly, it was intentional unfairness. it would have been nice if the owner has apologized and admitted she made a mistake, (I have a high tolerance for errors if an apology is sincere ) that didn't happen! Who wants to get involved in a conflict when you're out for a good time? I only give restaurants one opportunity to make a mistake... before they are on my list.. Obviously, i will not be going back there,told everyone I knew about it!!! It's my money, I'll spend it elsewhere.
